On 25 th February 2009 EMAC® obtained the ISO 9001:2008 recertification.

 

The New Rule ISO 9001:2008, that implies a challenge to the sector, has been approved on 15th November 2008 and means an update and improvement of the Rule 9001:2000.

 

The companies have a period of coexistence and adaptation of the two rules, 24 months as maximum from the publication of ISO 9001:2008, which means until 15th November 2010.
