Emac® launches a new subsidiary in Italy

The new subsidiary, based in Sassuolo, is to be called Emac Italia SRL and will be operational as of October 2011 in order to establish our presence in Italy.
"Our goal is to become a global brand.This launch in Italy was a necessary step to boost our presence in this country and in Central Europe.Through Sassuolo we can provide an excellent service."(Juan Antonio Rodríguez, director of the new subsidiary).
Emac Italia SRL is to be located at the heart of the Italian ceramics industry, in the Sassuolo industrial estate. Our new subsidiary will begin work with a heavy commitment to the most notable trade fairs in the country, with stands at the following events:
- Cersaie, the International Ceramics Exhibition (Bologna, 20-24 September). Hall 44, stand 40.
- Saie, International Building Exhibition.(Bologna, 5-8 October). Hall 25, stand A303.
By launching Emac Italia SRL, we are taking another step in our international expansion plans. This follows on the heels of the success of Emac América LLC, our subsidiary in Miami (USA), since 2003. Today, Emac profiles are found in 110 countries around the world.

Novojunta Pro® SISMO receives the special Mention in the Construmat Awards 2011
And by the end of week, we received excellent news: the organization of Construmat granted us a special mention in the Construmat Awards 2011 to the Technological Innovation, in the category “Products for structures and closings”. A great recognition to the work of our Design and Development Department (I+D+i). In the following image you can see the moment, when our Commercial Department gets the Diploma.
What is Novojunta Pro® SISMO?
Novojunta Pro®SISMO is a pre-formed system of profiles for structural joints, specially designed for areas with seismic risk. Made of anodized aluminum in silver matt color, its design allows movements in 3 axes and with 6 degrees of freedom: It resists seismic vibrations, movements of contraction and expansion, and differentials.
