We are pleased to inform you that on January 1, 2013, Emac ® acquired Juntas Covi, a brand specialized in expansion joints and the most referenced company in Spain. With this acquisition, the entire Juntas Covi catalog becomes part of the Emac ® catalog to offer the most complete range of expansion joint solutions.

This purchase forms part of our expansion plan and hopefully strengthen us as an industry leader in Spain and allows us to compete with greater force abroad.
